Once you rent, your lease, payments and repairs are in one account, and your Oga is a message away.

Does it cost anything to find a home?
No. Searching, creating a tenant account, sending enquiries and arranging inspections are free.
What is an Oga?
The person who lets the home: the owner or the agent looking after it. On OgaKey, every Oga joins with an access code from OgaKey.
How do I know a listing is genuine?
OgaKey checks each listing before it goes live. Still, inspect in person before you pay anything, and pay rent only into the account shown on your tenancy. Listings reported by 3 people with accounts at least a week old are hidden while OgaKey reviews them.
Do I pay rent through OgaKey?
No. OgaKey does not hold money. You pay the Oga directly, and the payment is recorded against your lease.
Which places does OgaKey cover?
Ogas can list homes in any Nigerian state. What you can find depends on the listings available at the time, so search your area and check back.
My Oga gave me an invite code. What do I do?
Open Join with your code, enter the phone number your Oga has for you, and your tenancy appears in your account.
Is there an app?
Yes. Add OgaKey to your phone's home screen from the browser. It opens like an app and can send notifications.
